Leading Nutritionist Joanna McMillan aims to help Aussies adopt a healthy lifestyle through nutrition.

Dr Joanna McMillan is a registered nutritionist with a PhD in nutritional science. Her philosophy on diet is pretty simple – eat more fresh wholesome foods and fewer processed, packaged foods.

Dr Joanna is a popular media spokesperson and is a Nine Network regular on TODAY. She also writes a weekly column for Sunday Life and is the nutrition expert for several ACP magazines.
